Glace Moringamelba framboise ou fraise
POUR 2 PERSONNES
Ingrédients : 6 bananes surgelées, un kiwi, 2 tasses de framboises ou de fraise fraiches ou surgelées (environ 300 g), 4 cuillerées à soupe de sirop d’agave ou d’érable, … et 2 cuillerées à café de poudre de moringa.
Temps de cuisson : sans cuisson, à déguster immédiatement
Temps de préparation : 10 mn
Préparation
Mixer 3 bananes surgelées, le kiwi, le sirop d’agave ou d’érable et le moringa. Rajouter éventuellement ½ verre de lait de coco, de lait de vache ou d’eau pour faciliter le mixage.
Mettre immédiatement le mélange dans un récipient au congélateur.
Mixer le reste des ingrédients : 3 bananes et les framboises ou les framboises.
Sortir la préparation au congélateur et la répandre en une première couche de glace dans des verres ou des pots en verre transparents (pots de yaourts par exemple).
Répandre ensuite une deuxième couche avec la deuxième préparation. Décorer avec un fruit entier, fraise ou framboise. Bonne excuse pour vous régaler, il faut tout finir rapidement…
